The Dive Shop Cancellation policy.

All activity pricing includes a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 15% and you hereby agree to the charges as shown and to the cancellation policy:
 
No shows on the day of activity are charged at 100% of activity price.  Cancellations 48 hours prior to all activities are charged at 100% of activity price.  All other cancellations over 48 hours prior to activity will be fully refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee. You may reschedule your activity free of charge at anytime prior to 48 hours of the originally booked activity. (subject to availability) 
We do NOT accept weather cancellations from guests. This is due to the fast changing conditions where one part of the island can be poor weather and the other side can be perfect. In the event that The Dive Shop cancels your trip due to weather you will be refunded the full activity amount MINUS the 15% processing fee. You will be informed by 7am on the day of the activity or before if possible. 

The Dive Shop cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.
